Katsuya at SLS Las Vegas is ready to ring in the New Year with a special celebration featuring bottomless Dom Perignon and an assortment of its incredible sushi, seafood and other tasty dishes.
In addition to bottomless Dom Perignon champagne, revelers can enjoy an array of passed appetizers and selections from a variety of food stations. Passed appetizers include crispy rice with spicy tuna, jalapeño hamachi, creamy rock shrimp, and Katsuya ceviche. At the sashimi and chilled shellfish station, dive into the chef’s selection of fresh fish, oysters and shrimp cocktail. Choose from the chef’s selection of handrolls made to order and assorted sushi at the handroll and roll station. And, at the Robata station, guests can feast on grilled meats, seafood and vegetables cooked over Binchotan charcoal including chicken breast, beef tenderloin, pork belly, shrimp, and Maitake mushroom. Complete the evening with a sweet treat from the assorted dessert station.
